About Steve & Kate's Camp - Everett

In a relentlessly structured world, kids need freedom. Refined obsessively since 1980, our squishy-yet-sturdy structure empowers kids to make their own choices and design their own day. They choose from activities such as coding, sewing, stop-motion animation, baking, maker crafts and more. In the process, their confidence and resourcefulness proliferate. Meanwhile, grown-ups dig our flexible drop-offs, long days and toothsome cuisine de campโ€”all included.

My kids love this camp. There is so much that they can do during the day and they can't wait to go back. The staff is fantastic and helped my 5 year old adjust to camp. Highly recommend.

Our kids had a wonderful time at camp this year. Iโ€™m grateful for the staff who created a fun and safe environment for the kids to enjoy during their summer break. The kids are looking forward to camp again next year already!

They sent my elder child back with a sewing project that had the needle still attached. My 1 year old baby picked it up and began playing with it in the car. This was an accident that could have ended very badly !! This kind of carelessness is simply not acceptable in a child care setting.

I am so sad and disappointed in my experience with this camp. The website had me so excited to send my daughter to this camp. The descriptions of the activities seemed like so much fun and so engaging. This camp is false advertisement at its finest. All the activities that are promised on the website are not available on a daily basis. They donโ€™t have water days every day even when itโ€™s hot outside they do not have a bouncy house every day and there is no playground for the kids at the Everett location. My daughter had been going to the camp for a couple of weeks before I got a chance to come inside and take a tour. After seeing what the inside of the camp looked like I felt so bad and knew that I couldnโ€™t send her back. Practically empty rooms with some Steve and Kateโ€™s posters and boxes. The media room has only a few iPad devices and all the kids are sharing VR goggles and headphones without proper sanitation in between use. My daughter got head lice from someone at camp. The sewing room has a few scraps on fabric that look like ripped up T-shirts and some buttons on a table. The lounge has a couple of classroom chairs but no where comfortable for kids to sit and hang out. When

I recently enrolled my son and daugther in Steve & Kate's Camp, drawn by the promising concept of creative and dynamic summer activities. Unfortunately, my experience with this camp was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. First and foremost, despite their claims of providing lunch, I was shocked by the inadequate amount and quality of food they offered to the kids. It's frustrating to see your child return home hungry and complaining about the meager portions they were given. Promising something and failing to deliver on it is simply unacceptable. Another major issue I encountered was the lack of competent and trained staff. When my son was bullied and physically hurt, it was evident that the camp lacked proper procedures and training to handle such situations. To make matters worse, the staff failed to promptly notify me about the incident. Instead, my son had to jump through hoops just to get the attention of the camp manager. This disregard for the safety and well-being of the children is deeply concerning. Moreover, I found the camp's facilities to be far from childproof. It is alarming that the environment is not adequately safe for the childre
